Manmohan's Language Issue

Dr. Manmohan Singh was denied a meet with the South African President Jacob Zuma. The reason stated was lack of time. But when our investigating team went ahead and dig in their long noses into the smelly armpits of the issue, a whole new scenario glided in. The Real reason according to us was the "Language"!!
